Informations about customer support

Part of webhosting service is nonstop customer support - day and night, weekdays, weekends and holidays. We have at least one employee available and ready at all time, in the office for customers.

Forms of customer support:

  • on-line chat - the fastest and recommended method of communication is direct conversation with our employees
  • contact form - similar to e-mail communication
  • public forum - public space for your questions and solving problems

While communicating with support is appropriate, we request that you please log into the customer´s account or fill out the countact form to prove your identity before stating the chat. authorize -

What is included in customer support for webhosting

  • providing information about services - parameters, prices, current specials offers
  • help with ordering
  • help with domain setting, DNS, FTP, databases and e-mails
  • assist with the administration of service in customer center
  • solution to technical problems and failures on our side
  • solution to billing issues

What is not part of the support

Other customer requirements not listed above are not part of the free support and can be charged according to the current price list or can be implemented In our free time (eg. at night).

All customer support is not free. See the list below:

  • installation, configuration and solving problems with PHP applications (CMS systems)/li>
  • any programming changes
  • specialized technical advices
  • copying data from the other webhosting

Requirements beyond the basic customer support(technical or non-standard business operations, technical or programmatic intervention) not performed by support staff, and do not do that while you wait - such requests shall be forwarded to technicians and traders, and are usually handled within 1 business day. The service of paid technical support can be made ​if we have free and available personal capacity and after our agreement ​only.

In case of failure or technical problem on our side, our technicians of course, intervene immediately at any time, day or night (within 10 minutes of finding the problem).
