Dedicated servers - customer support

Information provided by customer support for dedicated servers

Part of server hosting service is nonstop customer support - day and night, weekdays, weekends and holidays. At the workplace is constantly present at least one employee who is available to customers.

Forms of customer support:

  • on-line chat - fastest and recommended method of communication, direct conversation with our employees
  • contact form - similar to e-mail communication
  • public forum - public space for your questions and solving problems

While communicating with support is appropriate to authorize - prove your identity by logging into the customer's account before the start of the chat or filling out contact form.

What is included in customer support for dedicated servers

  • providing information about services - parameters, prices, current special offers
  • help with ordering
  • help with domain DNS settings
  • assist with the administration of service in customer center
  • assistance with using management (iRMC)
  • solving hardware failures, repair or replacement of defective components
  • solving technical problems and faults on our side
  • solution of billing issues

What is not part of the support

Other customer requirements not listed above are not part of the free support and can be charged according to the current price list or can be implemented In our free time (eg. at night).

Part of the free support is particullary not:

  • server management - installation, configuration and troubleshooting with operating systems and other software
  • any programming activity
  • specialized technical advices
  • copying data from the other host srevices

Requirements beyond the basic customer support(technical or non-standard business operations, technical or programmatic intervention) not performed by support staff, and do not do that while you wait - such requests shall be forwarded to technicians and traders, and are usually handled within 1 business day. The service of paid technical support can be made ​if we have free and available personal capacity and after our agreement ​only.

In case of failure or technical problem on our side of course, technicians intervene immediately at any time, day or night (within 10 minutes of finding the problem).
