Email hosting

We run our email hosting services on our own cloud solution, built on opensource technologies (Postfix, Dovecot). The entire mail server is designed as a “high-availability” solution, i.e. a system with high availability (99.9%) and minimal possibility of any failure. The individual services (receiving, downloading, sending mail) are functionally independent of each other and fully redundant – so even in the event of a failure of one of the servers, there will be no failure and all services will remain functional.

Services offered by the mailserver (all included in the price)

• sending e-mails via SMTP protocol (authentication required)
• receiving emails using POP3 and IMAP protocols
• encrypted variants of SMTPS, POP3S, IMAPS protocols
• webmail – advanced Roundcube web interface for accessing emails in the browser
• DKIM, SPF, antispam, antivirus, advanced attack protection
• automatic responses
• filtering by rules
• domain trash option (messages to any address delivered to a specific mailbox)

We meet the certification ISO 27001 (information security) and all GDPR requirements.

Our control panel allows you to conveniently change service settings. Everything is fully automated – from ordering the service, billing, starting the service and changing parameters.

The client administration also includes a variety of advanced features that allow you, for example, to make the management of the mail server service available to your programmer while still having full control over the service, billing, etc.

Since you do not need the assistance of our administrators to change the settings, you can enter any change into the system yourself and it will be done immediately (if technically possible).

Unlimited number of mailboxes and up to 160 GB of space

We offer 5 GB of space for your emails in the basic option, with an option to increase it by another 155 GB! The maximum possible space for emails is 160 GB. However, we are preparing a further increase up to 1 TB. With an individual plan, we will then be able to offer even more…

Mailhosting runs on the state-of-the-art HPE 3 PAR StoreServ 8450 all-flash storage with robust IPS/IDS and DDoS protection, custom built by our developers and engineers specifically for our services. Fast operation is ensured with 3.7 GHz processors.

Settings and limits of email services

• e-mail space: 5 GB (can be increased to 160 GB) (we are preparing to increase up to 1 TB!)
• max. number of emails sent per day: 500 (more information)
• max. size of sent emails including attachments: 100 MB
• The SMTP server cannot be used for sending bulk marketing emails (e.g. newsletters) (more information)
• e-mail services do not include: groupware, calendar, data sharing, synchronization, Instant Messaging, VoIP (work in progress)

Intelligent spam filter and advanced antivirus protection

Antispam protection is based on the best solution currently available for spam detection. It evaluates emails with nearly five hundred parameters and uses “self-learning” algorithms to improve detection abilities. For these algorithms (machine learning) to work well, they need large amounts of data.

Since we are the largest mailhosting provider in the country, we have plenty of emails for the mail server to learn from. Between 2 to 5 million emails pass through our mailservers every day. It is machine learning that enables antispam to filter spam and provide effective protection for email inboxes.

Anti-virus protection detects and removes malware that can be spread via email, such as viruses, Trojans, spyware and other types of malware. We effectively detect and block these malicious emails from reaching users’ inboxes.

We scan links and email attachments for anything that could potentially put users at risk. If a threat is detected, the antivirus will block the attachment or mark the email as potentially dangerous and warn the user.

Email boxes on your own domain can be very useful and important for your business. They represent you just as much as, for example, your website, company logo, colors or slogan.

The main advantages of email on your own domain are:
